NPT Carers Service and SCC are working with Carers Trust Wales to deliver grants and services in Swansea and Neath & Port Talbot to support carers who are experiencing hardship this winter.

 

The scheme, funded by Welsh Government will help to ensure that carers across Wales are able to access grants (up to a maximum of £300) to help. It can be anything from food vouchers to buying a washing machine. The purpose of the new fund is to ensure that unpaid carers across Wales can access additional financial support to help them in their caring role.
