We are always more than happy to hear from our carers with any queries, worries or requests they may have. You can get in touch via our live chat, phone or email; or if you prefer you can reach out  on Facebook and Twitter. Our team will get back to you as fast as we can.

We are located at the old Cimla Hospital. Buzz in and ask for Neath Port Talbot Carers to be connected to the right office.

  • Opening Hours – normally, the office is open 9am-4:30pm. However, due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation, the office is closed but the telephone information service is open between the hours of 9am and 4:00pm.

  • Directions – our full address and map can be found below. However, due to Coronavirus, our office is closed and our staff are working from home.

  • Telephone – phone 01639 642277 between the hours of 9am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday to speak to one of our lovely support workers.

  • Email – email information@nptcarers.org.uk for more information. Alternatively you can message us via our Facebook page, or submit an enquiry using our online chat.

(Currently suspended due to COVID-19):

Tuesdays - Baglan Resource Centre - 9:30am - 11:30

Wednesdays - Dyfed Road Primary Care Hub - 9:30 - 11:30am

NOTE: These drop in sessions are currently suspended during the COVID lockdown, they are being carried out virtually over ZOOM - every Thursday morning at 11am, links are available on Facebook.
